1979 horror movie with a bit of 70’s winterwear nostalgia.

I would have been roughly the same age as the children in the movie in 1979 and the jackets and coveralls are pretty much exactly what I wore. The children in the movie seem to have the hoods up all the time, which I don’t remember having. The hoods were after all very flimsy and were really only meant to protect you from rain. Also, I would not have had a scarf tied around my neck. Scarves would have been considered too much of a hazard (there were stories in the news at the time of children getting their scarves caught in climbing frames and strangling themselves to death) by my mum.
